It is possible to regulate the output of each hopper belt separately, as well as to control all belts simultaneously. The feeder unit can be equipped for operation in sub-zero temperatures by using e.g., electrical heating elements and winter covers.
The shape of the hoppers efficiently eliminates material bridging. All hopper belts are equipped with guiding walls as well as an aggregate flow/no-flow indicator. The fines aggregate hopper is equipped with a vibrator.
All Amomatic cold feeders include protective grizzlies on the silos. In addition, the silo has handrails and guards on top, thus guaranteeing work safety.
