GRANULATION AND COOLING/DRYING DRUMS FOR ALUMINIUM SULPHATE

Granulated and cooled material is aluminium sulphate slurry.
Capacity is 20 t/h. Amount of recycled material is 40 t/h.
The equipment delivery consisted of:
Granulation drum Ø 2720, l = 6500 mm, made off stainless steel SS2333.
Cooling/drying drum Ø 2720, l = 8000 mm, made off stainless steel SS2333.

DRYING DRUMS AND COOLING DRUM FOR CALSIUM CHLORIDE

Drainage material is calsium chloride flakes.
Capacity is 9 + 9 t/h.
The equipment delivery is consisted of:
Drying drums Ø 2200, l = 11500 mm, 2 pcs. Inside parts of drums is a honeycomb type construction preventing material flakes from collapsins. Drums are rotated by outside gear ring.
Cooling drum Ø 2200, l = 7000 mm.

SAND DRYING DEVICE FOR DRY MORTAR AND PLASTER PLANT

Drainage material is natural sand.
Drying capacity is 10 t/h.
Sand drying equipment delivery consisted of:
Drying drum Ø 1400, l = 7500 equipped with an integrated cooling section and light oil burner 1.7 MW.
Exhaust gas filtration by dry bag filter VS120K equipped with exhaust gas fan, preseparator, comparment feeder and screw conveyors.

Drainage material is natural sand.
Drying capacity is 10 t/h.
Sand drying equipment delivery consisted of:
Drying drum Ø1400, l=7500 equipped with integrated cooling section and light oil burner 1.7 MW.
Exhaust gas filtration by dry bag filter VS120K equipped with exhaust gas fan, preseparator, compartment feeder and screw conveyors.

Drainage material is natural sand.
Drying capacity is 20 t/h.
Sand drying equipment delivery consisted of:
Cold feeding unit 15 m3 equipped with belt feeder.
Drying drum Ø 1670, l = 11000 equipped with integrated cooling section and light oil burner 2.4 MW.
Dried material prescreen.
Exhaust gas filtration by dry bag filter VS160K equipped with exhaust gas fan, preseparator, compartment feeder and screw conveyors.

Drainage material is crushed lime stone and natural sand.
Drying capacity is 30 t/h lime stone and 10 t/h sand.
Drying devices delivery consisted of:
Drying drum Ø 1670, l = 8000 equipped with light oil burner 2.5 MW.
Exhaust gas filtration by dry bag filter VS230K equipped with exhaust gas fan, preseparator, compartment feeder and screw conveyors.

Drainage material is natural sand.
Drying capacity is 30 t/h.
Sand drying device delivery consisted of:
Cold feeding unit 15 m3 equipped with belt feeder.
Inclined belt conveyors b = 500mm, l =  21 m, 2 pcs
Drying drum Ø 2200, l = 11500 equipped with integrated cooling section and liguid gas burner 2.0 MW.
Dried material prescreen after drying drum.
Elevator for dried material.

DRYING DEVICE FOR BIOTITE FLAKES

Drainage material is Biotite flakes.
Drying capacity is 20 t/h.
Drying devices delivery consisted of:
Drying drum Ø2000, l =8 000 equipped with ligth oil burner 2.4 MW.
Feeding screw conveyor Ø 300, l = 1m and outlet screw conveyor Ø 300, l = 6m.
