Amomatic plants have been constructed to withstand the harsh Scandinavian climate and conditions, where reliable operation, minimal service needs and easy maintenance are the key issues. One example of this is the Antiwear System developed to prevent wear caused by hard granite stone material:

• - The special form of the cold feeder hoppers minimizes wear of the hoppers and the conveyor belts.
• - The interior surface of the drying drum is equipped with wear preventing baffle paddles.
• - The hot elevator buckets are equipped with wear resistant reinforcement and the hot elevator lower bearing is completely maintenance-free.
• - Structures above the screens slow down the falling of aggregate.
• - The critical surfaces of the screens and the hot aggregate bins are of wear-resistant steel and are equipped with wear resistant baffle plates.
• - Wear-resistant plates and parts are used in the mixer construction. The mixer paddles have a special wear-resistant wafer surface and the mixer arms have interchangeable protectors.
• - The Soft Clean System cleans the filter bags smoothly and only when necessary, thus ensuring the minimal wear of the filter bags.

Our qualified personnel will do their utmost to supply the customers with the right spare parts without delay. The original spare parts ensure the reliable performance of the equipment. They are easy to install and last for a long time. Our skilled maintenance personnel is at your service to install new parts and to take care of the maintenance of the equipment.
The spare parts are supplied fast from our warehouses in Finland and Russia.
