Cold RAP Fed Directly to the Mixer

Adding RAP to the mixer without heating is one way of recycling asphalt. It is an easy solution for manufacturers that don’t deal with large amounts of reclaimed asphalt.

The system works by first weighing cold reclaimed asphalt from its silo and then adding it straight to the mixer via a conveyor belt. Amomatic’s direct to mixer asphalt recycling equipment is recommended for manufacturers that rarely use reclaimed roadbed in their work. 

For a more complete recycling solution that can handle larger batches we recommend our parallel drum -system.
