AMOMATIC Dry Dust Filters
The strict emission limits required by air
pollution regulations can be met only by using high class dust
filters. Amomatic filters meet all the requirements.
The 3-piece aluminium framed Nomex filter bags are cleaned by
the Amomatic Soft-Clean method, which ensures optimal cleaning
of the filter fabric and maximizes the life of the filter bags.
The large surface area of the filter bags means high capacity
in relation to compact outside dimensions. Amomatic filter techniques
can also be used to update old filters to conform to today´s
requirements.
The cleanliness of the filter bags is controlled
by measuring the pressure difference over the bags. Cleaning action
is started automatically, controlled by the pressure difference,
and only when necessary. As there is no unnecessary cleaning of
the bags, bag wear is minimum.
