AMOMATIC Mixer Towers and Hot Elevators
 Amomatic
Mixer Tower and Hot Elevator have been developed and tested in
tough Scandinavian conditions.
Modular mixer towers can be delivered to meet the customer´s
production requirement. The standard range of modular Amomatic
mixer towers has capacities of 150 - 300 tons per hour.
The mixer tower is equipped with a one- or two-shaft screening
unit.
From four to six different grades of dried and heated aggregates
can be separated into the hot aggregate silos.
Accurate weighing
of the fines aggregate is ensured by the operation of the pneumatically
operated gates in "two steps", course and fine. All
sites exposed to higher than normal wear are protected by the
Amomatic Antiwear System.
The aggregate and filler scales are fully enclosed and dustproof with pneumatically operated gates for fast discharge into the mixer.
The bitumen weighing tank is fully enclosed and insulated, and
equipped with an electric heating system. The system has one pneumatically
operated discharge valve which is connected to the bitumen feed
pump for fast feed into the mixer. The bitumen pump, valves and the appropriate
piping are electrically heated.
