Control and electric cabins |
The control cabin is designed to provide maximum efficiency and ergonomics
for the operator. The heating and air-conditioning system ensure
a comfortable environment. The control cabin is insulated and
large windows and effective electric lighting provide excellent
visibility.
The main electrical cabinets are located inside the electrical
cabin. Power panels are located in the plant modules and all
units are pre-wired.

| All plant electricity is pre-assembled and
plug-in rubber cables are used for interconnections between plant
modules.

Amocontrol system hardware:
The process control hardware consists of rugged type industrial
standard components, supplied by the world´s leading manufacturers.
All interfaces comply with international standards. The system
utilizes an industrial grade personal computer with keyboard and
color monitor, a Siemens programmable logic control system, an
uninterruptable power supply unit (UPS), etc. Ethernet local area
network enables easy connection of various optional devices, such
as remote computer terminals, truck weigh bridges, wireless truck
identification devices, etc. |
Amocontrol system software:
The use of commercial sortware products and tools, such as MS
Windows NT, makes the application software fully transparent
and easily understandable. The open concept freely allows expansion
and further development.
The computer graphics are easily understandable
which guarantees not only precise control of the complete plant
operation, but also a short learning period. The visual effects
are powerful, e.g. changing text and colors, blinking, moving,
sizing and fluid filling. Using the "pull-up" mode individual
components can be indicated on the screen and adjusted without
the risk of unintentional operation. |
