AMOMATIC SM 120

Amomatic SM 120 is a totally new asphalt plant concept which was designed to meet the demands of the modern asphalt paving business. The main emphasis in design has been on the ultimate mobility and high production capacity of the plant. The SM 120 super mobile asphalt plant is easily transported close to work sites and stone aggregate sources, which means direct savings in time and in transportation costs. The ultimate mobility and versatility of the plant give a whole new dimension to the asphalt business and a higher degree of capacity utilisation. The towable modules of the plant are all equipped with brakes and lights. The design dimensions of the modules are according to Nordic road transportation regulations.

Modular construction, conical connections, plug and socket electric connections and mechanised solutions make it possible to erect the plant without a concrete foundation in less than six hours. In order to speed up the relocating, dismantling and erection of the plant the amount of separate modules has been decreased by integrating them into units and the units have been placed on wheels.

According to Amomatic´s production philosophy, the main features of the SM 120 asphalt plant are high reliability in operation and the user-friendliness and high level of automation brought by the Amocontrol system. The production capacity which can be reached with the SM 120 plant is almost as high as stationary plants.
